Who are we looking for?
At DAF, we’ve been building trucks for over 90 years. We recognise that it’s great drivers that make great trucks, it’s the driver that unlocks a vehicle’s true potential. An excellent driver boosts the performance of a truck to its max. He or she knows how to get maximum performance from every drop of fuel.
How to transport freight safely and on time during the rush hour. And how to keep a vehicle in top condition. At the same time, a good driver understands legislation like the back of his or her hand, takes load security in their stride and adapts easily to all weathers and every type of truck. So, we challenge all drivers to demonstrate their driving excellence at the DAF Driver Challenge 2022. Drivers of all makes of truck are welcome to take part.
We really feel that truck drivers deserve to be on a podium and to be celebrated for the challenges they face day-in day-out.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Driving License CE
- Valid Drivers Card
- CPC / Code 95 competence
- Not involved in any major traffic accidents within the last 5 years
- No criminal record
