DAF Driver Challenge 2024
DAF UK & Ireland Driver Challenge
The DAF Trucks Driver Challenge is back, throughout this year we will be hosting a series of events where drivers from across the UK and Ireland will be able to put their driving skills to the test, with a chance to earn one of 20 places at the UK and Ireland National Final 2024.
The winner of the national final will be crowned our UK and Ireland DAF Driver Champion and will go on to compete against drivers from across the globe in the DAF Driver Challenge International Final in 2025.
To ensure we get the best drivers, regional heats will be by invite only. Drivers can register for the chance to be selected with the online registration form. Registrations will be judged and successful candidates will be picked manually and invited to join us at one of 10 regional heats depending on their location.
The online registration is your opportunity to tell us why you think you should be chosen to take part in the DAF Driver Challenge. For the right driver this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, to put your skills to test and see if you can call yourself a DAF Driver Champion.
Successful applicants for the DAF Driver Challenge should have:
- A full C + E driving license
- An up to date Driver CPC
- No more than 3 points on their license at any time
- Right to live, work and drive in the UK and/or Ireland
The DAF Driver Challenge is open to all truck drivers allowed to live and work in the UK and/or Ireland. Entrants must have a valid Cat. C+E license and Driver CPC Qualification Card, as well as no more than three points on their driving license.
By completing the online registration form, you grant DAF Trucks Ltd., in Haddenham, the United Kingdom, (“DAF”) and its affiliates consent to store your personal details and to use them for the purposes of the DAF Driver Challenge competition, by telephone and/or email.
On completion of the online registration your entry will be entered into a judging phase, with successful applicants receiving an email invite to a regional event.
